1. Agreement
By using AlgoEdge Setups' services, purchasing a subscription, or leasing
a trading bot, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not
agree, do not use our services.

2. What We Provide
AlgoEdge Setups provides automated trading bot software that executes
trades in your personal Alpaca brokerage account based on algorithmic
criteria. We are a software provider — we do not manage your money, act
as a broker, or provide investment advice.
Our bots:
- Execute trades automatically during market hours based on technical
conditions
- Trade options and/or equities in your own Alpaca account
- Require your Alpaca API keys to operate
- Can be paused or stopped at any time upon your request

3. Fees
- Setup fee: $297 (one-time, non-refundable) — covers bot configuration
and onboarding
- Monthly subscription: $497/month — billed monthly, covers ongoing bot
operation, monitoring, and support
Fees are due at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay may
result in suspension of your bot.

4. Refund Policy
- The $297 setup fee is non-refundable once your bot has been configured
and activated.
- Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing
period.
- If you cancel before your next billing date, your bot will remain
active through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refund requests due to technical failures on our end will be evaluated

5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Emailing sales@algoedgesetups.com
- Using the cancellation option in our support chat on the website
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon
cancellation, we will stop executing trades in your account and you
should revoke your Alpaca API keys.

6. Your Responsibilities
By using our service, you agree to:
- Maintain a funded Alpaca brokerage account in good standing
- Provide accurate API keys with appropriate permissions
- Monitor your account periodically
- Ensure your use of our service complies with all laws and regulations
in your jurisdiction
- Accept full responsibility for all trading activity in your account
You retain full control of your brokerage account at all times and may
close positions or revoke API access whenever you choose.

7. No Investment Advice
AlgoEdge Setups is a software and technology service only. Nothing we
provide — including our bots, website content, support communications, or
any other materials — constitutes investment advice, financial advice,
or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We are not registered as
an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You are
solely responsible for your investment decisions.

8. No Guarantee of Performance
We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any specific profit,
return, or outcome. Past bot performance is not indicative of future
results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and you may lose some
or all of your trading capital.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlgoEdge Setups shall not be
liable for:
- Trading losses in your account
- Losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or API
errors
- Losses resulting from market conditions, volatility, or unexpected
events
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you
paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. "You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AlgoEdge Setups and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these terms."

10. API Key Security
Your Alpaca API keys grant trading access to your account. You are
responsible for keeping them secure. AlgoEdge Setups will never ask for
keys with withdrawal permissions. If you believe your keys have been
compromised, revoke them immediately in your Alpaca dashboard and notify
us.

11. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any aspect of our
service with reasonable notice. We will notify active subscribers by
email of material changes.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any
disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lubbock County, Texas.
